Went to the Denver Greek Festival Today. It was a lot of fun and good to get some authentic Greek food. The Greek Festival is also great because there also no vendors serving food… The members of the Greek Orthodox Church prepared everything. They also had dancers and live music.

Thanks to Andreas, who works with me at Datavail, for showing us around and getting us some ouzo!

B Movies

Watched a B movie last night, My Name is Bruce. It’s been years since I’ve seen one. Almost forgot how nice it is to watch a movie that wasn’t made to make tons of money.

I don’t think that “Bruce” was as good as Army of Darkness. Didn’t have as many good one liners, but it was pretty entertaining. I found the part with the guy in a wheel chair asking Bruce for an autograph pretty hilarious.

Maybe I can fit in more B movies soon.

Looks like the snow here in West Arvada, CO is finally slowing down. Good thing too, because I am tired of shoveling it! Almost more then 2 feet fell in the last two days and the roads have been a mess.

District 9

I saw District 9 the other night. It was cool to see a different take on a sci-fi movie. Thought it was a little slow though and could have been edited down to 1.5 hours instead of 2. It reminded me of several movies in the past such as Alien Nation, Enemy Mine, etc.
